Payments & Refund Policy

Payment processor

Macrometrics LLC uses Stripe, Inc. (and its global affiliates) to process all card payments. Stripe stores and secures cardholder data on our behalf under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. MacroMetrics never stores or transmits raw card details.

Accepted methods

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other cards supported by Stripe in your jurisdiction.
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link where Stripe has enabled wallet support.
  • SEPA, ACH, or other local payment rails may be activated as Stripe expands coverage.

Billing descriptor

Charges appear on customer statements as MACROMETRICS or MACROMETRICS*STRIPE depending on the issuing bank. Contact contact@macrometrics.com immediately if you do not recognize a charge.

Subscription cycle

  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Invoices and payment receipts are emailed to the billing email on file via Stripe.
  • Customers may update their payment method or download invoices from the dashboard billing settings.

Refund & cancellation process

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for new purchases and renewals. To request a refund, email contact@macrometrics.com with the invoice number and the email used at checkout. We will close account access and issue the refund through Stripe to the original payment method within 7 business days.

After 14 days, refunds are provided only if required by applicable law. We may request additional information to verify the account owner before processing a refund.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute a transaction with your bank before contacting MacroMetrics, Stripe notifies us of the chargeback. Access to the platform is suspended while the dispute is under review. We submit evidence such as login logs, downloads, and communications to Stripe. To avoid unnecessary service interruption, please contact contact@macrometrics.com first so we can resolve the issue directly.

Compliance information

  • Macrometrics LLC maintains accurate descriptors, refund policies, and customer service contacts in the Stripe Dashboard.
  • Support is available via email Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 UTC. Response times are typically under one business day.
  • We monitor Stripe Radar alerts to reduce fraudulent transactions and comply with legal reporting requirements.
  • All marketing claims reflect actual product capabilities and avoid misleading promises, in line with Stripe Acceptable Use guidelines.
