Information we collect

• Billing details you submit during checkout. Card information is tokenised and stored by Stripe; MacroMetrics never stores raw card numbers.
• Subscription and usage data such as plan selection, feature usage, device information, and IP address for security and analytics.
• Support interactions, including emails or chat conversations with our team.

How we use your information

• Operate, maintain, and improve MacroMetrics products and services.
• Process payments, renewals, refunds, and related billing events through Stripe.
• Provide customer support, service notifications, and product updates.
• Monitor platform performance, detect fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations.

Payment processing

Macrometrics LLC uses Stripe as its payment processor. When you subscribe, your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe via TLS encryption and are never stored on MacroMetrics servers. Stripe complies with PCI-DSS requirements, and we rely on their infrastructure for recurring billing, chargebacks, and refunds.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us deliver the platform (Stripe for payments, analytics, hosting).
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when necessary to operate Macrometrics LLC.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law or to respond to lawful requests.
• Third parties when you instruct us to do so.

Data retention

Account data is stored while your subscription remains active and for up to 24 months after cancellation for audit, tax, and compliance purposes. Billing records are retained according to statutory finance requirements. You may request earlier deletion where legally permissible by contacting contact@macrometrics.com.

Your rights

Submit requests by emailing contact@macrometrics.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days unless extended by law.

• Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
• Export your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time.
• File a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have processed your data unlawfully.

Cookies and analytics

Security

MacroMetrics employs TLS encryption, access controls, logging, and regular security reviews to safeguard data. No method of transmission is entirely secure, so please use strong, unique passwords and enable MFA where available.

Children

The platform is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy as laws or product features change. We will post updates here, adjust the "Last Updated" date, and email active subscribers when material changes occur.
