Agreement overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MacroMetrics platform operated by MacroMetrics LLS ("MacroMetrics", "we", "us"). By creating an account, initiating a subscription, or using any component of the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
• Notify contact@macrometrics.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

Services provided

MacroMetrics delivers market intelligence, analytics dashboards, TradingView indicators, macroeconomic data, trading journal tools, and research content. We do not provide personalised investment advice and do not execute trades on your behalf.

Stripe billing & payment

All card payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorise MacroMetrics LLS to bill your chosen payment method for the applicable plan price, taxes, and renewal charges. Stripe may store your payment credentials securely for future billing.

Charges appear on your statement as "MACROMETRICS" or a similar Stripe descriptor. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the charge is successfully collected.

Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations

• Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You may cancel at any time from the billing page or by contacting contact@macrometrics.com. Access remains active until the end of the paid term.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.

Refund policy

Initial purchases and renewals include a 14-day cooling-off period. If the platform does not meet your needs, email contact@macrometrics.com within 14 days of the charge to request a refund. We will close your account and refund the most recent payment via the original Stripe transaction.

Refunds are not granted when: (i) more than 14 days have passed since the charge, (ii) material portions of the content were downloaded, or (iii) prior refunds were granted for repeated renewals.

If you dispute a charge directly with your bank (chargeback) before contacting us, access will be suspended pending resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with Stripe using usage evidence.

Pricing changes

Plan prices may change. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any increase applies to an active subscription. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Permitted use

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or share your login credentials or content without prior written permission.
• Do not scrape, copy, or automatically harvest data from the platform.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass any security or access controls.

Intellectual property

All software, dashboards, indicators, data, and brand assets are owned or licensed by MacroMetrics LLS. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to you. Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your active subscription.

Disclaimer & risk

MacroMetrics supplies data and analytics for educational purposes. We do not guarantee profit or accuracy, and you remain responsible for trading decisions. Review our Risk Disclosure for more detail before trading.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacroMetrics LLS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, goodwill, or data arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay charges, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your licence ends and we may delete account data after the retention window described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
